What's the cancelation policy for The Story Lab?
Members of The Story Lab may cancel their membership at any time, no questions asked.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 business hours before your upcoming renewal date. Requests submitted after this window may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on membership fees. For this reason, it’s important to submit your cancellation request before your monthly or annual renewal date.
For annual members, access to The Story Lab will remain active for the full duration of the paid term (one year from the original purchase or most recent renewal date). If you choose to cancel during your membership period, your access will continue through the end of your current term, and your membership will not renew.
