How do I request a refund?

We offer a 30-day refund policy on our programs. If you purchased a course or membership and would like to request a refund, simply email us at hello@savannahgilbo.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Please include:

• The email address associated with your purchase
• The name of the program you purchased
• Your approximate purchase date

We'll process your refund as quickly as possible—usually within 5-7 business days.
