What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time (US).

We're closed on US federal holidays and take occasional breaks throughout the year (we'll always let you know in advance!).

Current students and clients can typically expect a response within 1-2 business days.
