I can't find my course in my library. Where is it?

If you've purchased a course but don't see it in your library, here are a few things to check:

  • Are you logged into the right account? Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you purchased.
  • Did your payment go through? Check your email for a purchase confirmation from us.
  • Have you scrolled down? If you have multiple programs, you may need to scroll to see them all.
