Is this for fiction only, or can I use it for memoir/nonfiction?

It's built for fiction. That said, plenty of memoir writers have gone through it and gotten a lot out of it, because memoir uses the same storytelling tools — structure, arc, scene. If you're writing prescriptive nonfiction or a business book, this isn't the right fit and I'd rather tell you that now.
